Imago Gallery

Hello all and welcome,

Last night was a show open like none other, thanx to the awesome job of gallery owner Mark Baker and is staff. Awesome reveiws and the attendance was breathe taking. Great job everyone!! I recieved an honorable mention for one of my entries into the "Garden of Good and Evil" Juried Show. The piece "BiPolar/Wrath of Woman" caught alot of attention and it was overwhelming the feedback I recieved from it. I will attach an image of it, if I can figure out how LOL.

I've been working on my project for Thrive in'05, here's a link to preview a private screening of what I'm working on. http://www.artbybradgreek.com/thrive.html .

I have several shows coming up in April that I have to get ready for. I will post more details of them when the time draws nearer.

That is about all I have for now, and I will update as soon as the events unfold.

Thanx again for your support,
Brad

Serenity Series proto-type

Hello faithful followers, I've been pretty busy these past couple of weeks, so now I need to get you all caught up. The link here is to a private screening of the project I'm working on for Thrive in '05. I completed the proto-type and now I'm working on the larger canvases for the final paintings. So check that out and feedbacks are welcome.

I've been doing alot of marketing lately and have placed prints in two new locations. I placed a variety of prints at Artful Things http://www.artfulthings.net in Niceville, Fl. and some seascape prints at Arriaga Original and the Wild Women Gallery in Blue Mountain Bch., Fl.
http://www.arriagaoriginals.com

There was a Grand Re-opening of The Eco-Beach Store on Navarre beach, Navarre, Fl.
http://www.eco-beach.com . They have been closed since Hurricane Ivan struck back in September. This is a very good place to visit if you are ever in the area, for all your vacationing needs. Not to mention they carry over 50 local artist's work in their store.

I've been plein-air painting again at Turkey Creek, Niceville, and the Landing in Ft. Walton Beach. Which I've had the Turkey Creek paintings scanned for prints, so they will be available soon. Also I went by the Air Force Museum to get permission to paint on location at the Air Park, which is full of Fighters, Bombers and vintage aircraft. I'm excited to get out there to paint!

I've submitted slides to several up and coming shows, so I'm hoping the best for those.

I also completed the Fantasy painting for the Imago Gallery show coming up on the 18th of March. The reception starts at 5:00 pm Central time and is during Gallery Night in Pensacola. Where all the galleries in town are open late for the public to tour and meet the artists. So this is also exciting. I have two pieces entered for this juried show.

I'll post again this weekend with alot of new events and shows that are also coming up.
